Beginning at 0600 tomorrow, I take control of my overpowering fat suit!
I have week 1 of a Couch to 5K podcast loaded up, with functioning earphones (previously the setback from my original post)...and I'm ready to go. I also took my measurements yesterday and realised I have lost 8.5 inches since the 11th of September 2008. From here on out I plan to keep track every month so I can graph the losses.
In addition, I will be going back to Weight Watchers starting Wednesday night this week. I'm really looking forward to picking up better habits again, considering I've started to slip a bit since the holidays.
Anyway, full report tomorrow after my first bout of 60-second runs.
